Lectures/Workshops

One of the exciting benefits of having many talented artists at the festival is the opportunity for them to give lectures and workshops while they are in town.

Past workshops have included:

"The Art of Clowning" presented by Avner the Eccentric, member of the Clown Hall of Fame (2005)

"Commedia Dell' Arte: The art of physical theater Then and Now" presented by Julie Goell (2007)

"The History of Burlesque Sketches", presented by Andy Davis, director of Baggy Pants Burlesque (2007)

"The History of English Music Hall" presented by Charlie Holland, director of London's Circus Space & author of "Strange Feats & Clever Turns" (2006)
